Harold P. Gilmour

There, Gilmour met a lady belonging to the Chilean aristocracy, María Teresa Correa Santa Cruz great-granddaughter of the Counts of La Conquista, from Viña del Mar, Chile at a US Consulate reception.

The four-man party was composed of Lawrence A. Warner, leader and geologist, Charles F. Passel, geologist and radio operator, Harold P. Gilmour "Gil", recorder and collector of biological specimens and Loran Wells "Joe", photographer and observer.


Harold P. Hamilton

Hamilton was shipped with his unit to Europe where he was in combat with the 84th Infantry Division in France, the Netherlands and Germany in the Rhineland campaign, assault on the Siegfried Line and the Battle of the Bulge during which he was injured and returned to England for medical attention including to his frozen feet which caused him pain and problems for almost sixty years.

Williams was a member of the Congregational church, the freemasons, the American Law Institute, the Massachusetts Bar Association, Sigma Alpha Epsilon, the Harvard Club of Boston, the Union Club of Boston, the Brae Burn Country Club, and the Grange.
