JOVO Click 'N Construct is a brand name of a construction toy system invented by Josef Volgger and produced by JOVO International of Helsinge, Denmark.
He was a member of Helsinge Municipal Council from 1974 to 1986, where he was also mayor from 1978 to 1986.
