Arsenal manager Herbert Chapman was a particularly keen advocate, and on 5 November 1932 it was renamed Arsenal (Highbury Hill).

Herbie Roberts

A tall, but quiet and unassuming right half, he was signed by Herbert Chapman's Arsenal in December 1926 for £200 and turned professional.

Kiveton Park

The village is also famous as the birthplace of legendary football manager Herbert Chapman and his brother Harry, one of the greatest players to have played for Sheffield Wednesday.
