In September, 1921 Gendarme forces from Kariz, Torbat-e-Jam, Torbat-e Heydarieh defeated the strong tribal confederatory force of Hazara, Baluch, Barbari and Qaraei, whose leaders were Shuja al-Mulk, Seyed Heydar Barbari, Salar Khan Baluch, Mir Ali Ahmad Barbari, Ibrahim Khan Baluch and Jafar Khan Qaraei in a battle which took place in Bakharz.
In 2000, he received Azerbaijan's Medal of Progress awarded by the President of Azerbaijan H.E. Heydar Aliyev in occasion with 80th Anniversary of Azerbaijan State Oil Academy.
His other stage roles Shah (Agha Mohammad Khan Qajar by A.Hagverdiyev), Khlestakov (The Government Inspector by N.Gogol), Heydar bey (Haji Gara by M.F.Akhundov), Othello (Othello by W.Shakespeare), etc.
Mehriban Aliyeva, the first lady of Azerbaijan and president of Heydar Aliyev Foundation and also Serena Forni, head of the Rome City Mayor’s Office International Department, representatives of Azerbaijani Embassy in Italy, deputy minister of Culture and Tourism of Azerbaijan and others participated in the opening ceremony of the monument.
