The band's history was not ignored: The structure of concert favorite "Desdemona" recalls that of "In Memory of Elizabeth Reed", while "High Cost of Low Living" features the guitarists quoting from other Allmans classics such as "Blue Sky", "Dreams", and "Mountain Jam".

"Morning Lemon" opens with a vocal sample of a man singing "morning lemon", and ends with a sample of Ice Cube saying "take that, motherfuckers!" (from his song "What They Hittin' Foe?").
His orchestra remained a major touring attraction through the late 1940s and early 1950s, and continued to record in the jump blues style with some success on record on the Mercury label like "Hittin' on Me" and "I'm Just Your Fool".
The scene shifts to Piggy the riverboat captain in a sequence reminiscent of Disney's 1928 film Steamboat Willie.
Adjacent tourism sites include Lavi forest, Hittin, and Nabi Shoaib, a site which is believed by many to be the burial site of Jethro, and is sacred to the Druze, who make an annual pilgrimage there each April.
