Weisbogel died at age 74 or 75 and was buried in an unmarked grave at Holy Cross Cemetery in Brooklyn, New York.
He died on February 15, 1933, at his home at 8070 Narrows Avenue in Brooklyn, of a heart attack; and was buried at the Holy Cross Cemetery there.
In 1754, Seán Clárach died and was laid to rest in Holy Cross Cemetery, Charleville.
He was cremated and the ashes were originally kept in Laurel Hill Cemetery in San Francisco before being moved to Holy Cross Cemetery in Colma, California.

He was best known for his work on Amos and Andy, Meet Mr. McNutley, Leave It To Beaver, Ichabod and Me, Bringing Up Buddy, and The Munsters, along with his co-writer Joe Connelly who is buried in Culver City's Holy Cross Cemetery.
On March 22, 2009, a Pilatus PC-12 flying in from Oroville, California crashed in Holy Cross Cemetery 500 feet from the airport, killing all 14 people on board.
