The chapel became one of the richest in Paris, and gave its name to Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré.

He was taught by his predecessor in the bishopric of Amiens, Saint Beatus (Beat).

Honoratus of Amiens (d. ca. 600), seventh bishop of Amiens, is said to have discovered in his diocese the relics of Fuscian, Victoricus, and Gentian.
