Between 2005 to 2010, on the occasion of Frédéric Chopin's bicentennial, he performed the complete works of the composer in Budapest, and in parallel prepared the complete CD-recordings of his works on Pleyel pianos for the Hungarian Hungaroton Label.
He has recorded many CDs, especially of Hungarian music, for companies such as BMG Conifer, Naxos Records, Hungaroton and Radioton, as well as numerous recordings for radio and television worldwide.
Annie Fischer's recordings have been released by several major record companies, which include: BBC Records, Doremi, EMI Classics, Hungaroton, Orfeo, Palexa, Q Disc, Urania, Melodiya and ICA Classics.
He performed with Éva Marton on several occasions and some of his (latest) records were issued by Hungaroton.
Hungaroton was founded in 1951, since then, its only competitors in the Hungarian music market were record labels like Melodiya, Supraphon and Eterna from other socialist countries.
