In 1931-1939 he worked in the Department of Fine Arts of the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Public Education (Polish abbr.: WRiOP) and at the same time as the manager of Mobile Art Exhibition and organizer of the Summer Institutes of Folk Arts at Żabie on Hucul region — 1938 and in Zakopane on Podhale region — 1939.
