The Individualized Education Program or IEP is a plan determined by a team who develops a set of modifications for the educational program of a special education student.
Left to sort out the issue is the school's African American principal, Robert Rees, who has only held the position a few months, and Coral Bryson the specialist in charge of Kai's Individualized Education Program.
This school currently serves as a school for normal students, but also to those who are gifted or have an IEP.
