He began his curating/arts management career with a year of law studies at the Escuela Libre de Derecho (ELD) in Mexico City following with a semester of International Relations at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM).
Langowski moved to Mexico City to serve as a fellow at Endeavor, a non-profit focused on developing entrepreneurship in emerging economies, and to study business at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM).

He was born in Ciudad Ixtepec, Oaxaca on March 24, 1961 and studied Agricultural Engineering at the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education, he is a graduate in Political Merchandising from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México and in Managing of Political Campaigns from the Ibero-American University.
