Their first demo was released in 1998 and their first official release came in 1999 when newly founded indie label Geykido Comet Records released the band's song Education as a limited edition 7" vinyl.

In Summer 2008 the band embarked on their second tour of the United Kingdom and this time played several headline shows at such venues as the Camden Underworld.
Geykido Comet Records (or GC Records for short) began as a small and humble bedroom operation in 1998 seeing the first release in January 1999: Intro5pect 7-inch EP "Education".
Gregg was in the band from December 2003 to September 2008, went on several North American and European tours with the band, and contributed to the 2007 Intro5pect record, Realpolitik!.
The EP continued to further develop Intro5pect's sound and political and social beliefs, as hinted from the title, which refers to the Realpolitik ideal of democracy.
