Kurumi Inui (born 1963), Japanese novelist and mystery writer
The narration is about events happening to Koichi Todome while exiled from Japan after the Kerberos Riot, before Inui came to Taiwan seeking for him.
He is famous for his roles in the Kerberos saga, as Inui (StrayDog: Kerberos Panzer Cops), Kazuki Fuse (Jin-Roh), Chuichi Koshiramaru (Tachiguishi-Retsuden) and also for his unusual stature of 190 cm per 86 kg.
