Texas State Highway 130

The 2007 session of the Texas Legislature passed HB 2296, designating SH 130 in Williamson County, Travis, Caldwell and Guadalupe Counties as the "Pickle Parkway" in honor of former United States Congressman J.J. "Jake" Pickle.

In support of the album, MU330 embarked on two national tours with Skankin' Pickle and Slapstick.

Shaken 69

Shaken 69 was a ska side-project started in 1995 in the Berkely/Oakland area for musicians including Rancid's Tim Armstrong and Matt Freeman, The Uptones' Paul Jackson and Eric Din, Skankin' Pickle's Lars Nylander and Mike Park and former Operation Ivy and Schlong drummer Dave Mello.

On November 20, 2010, Park, Lundquist and Nylander, backed by the band Monkey, performed at the San Francisco stop of the Yo Gabba Gabba! live tour, playing a cover of the Marcia Griffiths/Bad Manners song "Feel Like Jumping".

Dill Records would later go on to release early material by Mu330, Slapstick, The Rudiments and Less Than Jake.

William H. Pickle

Immediately prior to coming to the Senate, Pickle served as the Transportation Security Administration's first Federal Security Director with oversight for the federalization of Denver International Airport.
