1992 British Grand Prix

Not only had Mansell scored a Grand Slam (led every lap from pole position and set fastest lap of the race), he had become the most successful British Formula One driver of all time, surpassing Jackie Stewart's 27 wins with his 28th win.

1966 Formula One season

Although both Jack Brabham and his team mate, New Zealander Denny Hulme both retired from the season opening Monaco Grand Prix (won by Jackie Stewart in his BRM), Brabham with their Oldsmobile based Repco engine caught the rest of the teams on the hop with its speed and reliability.

1967 Australian Grand Prix

In his victory presentation speech New South Wales Governor Jackie Stewart and Jim Clark finished 1–2.

2009 Rally Scotland

The first ten cars were flagged away at the start by the First Minister of Scotland, Rt Hon Alex Salmond and Sir Jackie Stewart.

Lotus 100T

During the 1988 season, former three-time World Champion Jackie Stewart test drove the 100T at the Snetterton Circuit in Norfolk, England, which was Lotus's test track at the time.

Royal Stewart tartan

The tartan had also become well known in motor racing circles a decade earlier, as three-time Formula One World Champion Jackie Stewart used a distinctive band of Royal Stewart tartan around his crash helmet.
