Before this Whitlams release however, Jak made an appearance on the 2000 album Love This City.
On 1 July 2008, Morris was inducted by Rob Hirst into the ARIA Hall of Fame, Morris was joined on-stage by guest musicians Steve Kilbey, Tim Powles, Jak Housden, Clayton Doley and Lachlan Doley to perform "The Real Thing".
