Later in 1999 Billmaier became the founding CEO of Digeo, another Allen-funded company which acquired the Moxi product line in 2002.

SumTotal Systems

In October 1999 Asymetrix's name was changed to Click2learn, when James A. Billmaier was its chief executive.
