James Creese

James Creese (June 19, 1896 in Leetsdale, Pennsylvania – February 8, 1966) was the vice president of Stevens Institute of Technology and the president of the Drexel Institute of Technology.

After the war ended he became the Secretary General of The American-Scandinavian Foundation and traveled extensively in Sweden.

Born in Leetsdale, Pennsylvania in 1896 Creese attended public schools both in Leetsdale and Pittsburgh in his formative years.

Robert Disque

With the appointment of James Creese as president in 1945, Disque resumed his administrative duties as the Dean of Faculty and dean of the College of Engineering.
