James Paty the Younger

He was not the son, but probably the nephew or some other relation of James Paty the Elder.

James was a partner or collaborator with Thomas in building developments around Park Street and Clifton.

Much of the building throughout this period was by the firms owned by members of the Paty family, initially that of Thomas Paty, probably jointly with that of his brother James Paty the Younger.
