May 6, 2492: Belgian astronomer Jean Meeus asserts that the orbits of all eight planets and Pluto will be within the same 90° arc of the Solar System.
He is co-author with Jean Meeus of Five Millennium Canon of Solar Eclipses, NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, October 2006.
In 1986 he won the Amateur Achievement Award of the Astronomical Society of the Pacific.
