Bharatesha Vaibhava is a version of the earlier Poorvapurana by Jinasenacharya and brings out a different perspective compared to the Adipurana written by Adikavi Pampa in c.941.
The group comprises companies, which he created himself, as well as companies, which were built up by his father, Dr. Nihal Jinasena over the last 35 years under the Jinasena Group.
He is married to Sheryll Jinasena and has one son, Lalin Michael.
