Lefley, whose older brother Bryan Lefley spent five seasons in the NHL, left the Blues in 1977-78, joining Jokerit Helsinki for one season scoring 12 goals and 11 assists in 24 games.
Usta has spent the majority of his career in the Netherlands - also playing for Cambuur, Sparta and MVV - apart from brief spells in Turkey with Beşiktaş, in Finland with Jokerit, and in Japan with Omiya Ardija.

When Riksman was sidelined with a long-term back injury, Jokerit quickly replaced him with Andy Chiodo, only for him to pick up an injury almost immediately.
In the following season Kalteva was a part of the fringe squad that helped Jokerit take the Silver medal in the Kanada-malja playoffs.
