Antonia Alves ("Jovita") Feitosa (Tauá, Brazil, March 8, 1848 – Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, October 9, 1867 or Eusebio Ayala, Paraguay, August 16, 1869), was a military heroine and a symbol for the war against sexism.
