The city is a major railway junction (transportation mecca), served by the Jungang, Chungbuk and Taebaek Lines.
The former, featuring works by the Beijing-based Cui Jie and Li Shurui and Harbin-based duo Zhang Jungang & Li Jie, provided a visual narrative of the relationship between the artists' life and the contemporary landscape.
Metropolitan bus service from this station toward central business district (Myeong-dong명동 or Jungang-ro중앙로, famous for soap series Winter Sonata겨울연가), North (Hupyeong-dong후평동), Central (Hyoja-dong효자동), and Southend (Hakgok-ri학곡리) connects frequently, however, most of South Chuncheon (Toegye and Seoksa) residential area where massively populated, still rarely.
Jungang, Yeongdong and Taebaek Line : Cheongnyangni-Andong/Gangneung, ceased on November 2006.
A major transportation nexus, it is transected by the Gyeongbu, Guma, 88, and Jungang Expressways.
