Tracks include 1968's "A Little Less Conversation" (a re-recording of this song by Elvis for his 1968 TV Special would later be remixed by Tom Holkenborg aka Junkie XL and become a hit in 2002) and "Rubberneckin", a 1969 single from the film Change of Habit recorded at American Sound Studio in Memphis during the 1969 recording sessions that had produced From Elvis in Memphis and Elvis Back in Memphis.
The soundtrack was created by Junkie XL and is played through the in-game radio station, "Radio BIG".

Unlike previous games, this soundtrack only contains one musician, Junkie XL.
Junkie XL | Zydeco Junkie | Supposed Former Infatuation Junkie | Not If You Were the Last Junkie on Earth | Jack Osbourne: Adrenaline Junkie |
Besides the front cover, a sticker pasted on early copies of the album suggested that Junkie XL's remix of Elvis Presley's "A Little Less Conversation" (used in promotion of a Nike, Inc. advertisement campaign) was not created for all editions of the album.
