In 1996, Eason moved his talk show to KGO's more conservative sister station KSFO, while continuing to broadcast from his home studio in Asheville.
Mann wrote a number of radio jingles, the most famous being Los Angeles station "93 KHJ" as well as the "Sound of the City" jingle for KSFO in San Francisco, California.
He moved on to KSFO, where he was the executive producer of broadcasting for the A's, and also handled the Stanford football and men's basketball broadcasts.
By 2002 The Kids Cancer Tree had been featured on the KSFO morning show hosted by Lee Rodgers and Melanie Morgan.
