Hubertus Petrus Maria "Ben" Knapen (born 6 January 1951 in Kaatsheuvel) is a former Dutch politician of the Christian Democratic Appeal (CDA).
To this end a theme park, called The Efteling, was completed on 31 May 1952, and tourism gradually replaced the shoe industry as the major economic draw of the city.

Sinbad provides the theme for Sindbad's Storybook Voyage at Tokyo DisneySea, for a roller coaster at the Efteling theme park at Kaatsheuvel, Netherlands, and for an elaborate live-action stunt show, The Eighth Voyage of Sindbad, at the Universal Orlando Resort in Florida.
