Bażyński Oak

It grows in the town of Kadyny on the Vistula Lagoon In 1880 the oak's trunk was 8.64 metres wide and the radius of its crown was 13 metres; at the time its large hollow was fitted with a wooden door and a guard was posted to protect it.

Fasanenstrasse Synagogue

Emperor Wilhelm II presented the synagogue with a ceremonial marriage hall richly adorned with Maiolica tiles from his manufacture in Kadinen, dedicated to the Jews of Germany, and, as Magnus Davidsohn's daughter, Ilse Stanley, describes in her book The Unforgotten, visited the temple upon its opening.

Kalthof Church

Construction of the Neo-Gothic church occurred from 1905-07 and included tiles from Kadinen.

His other daughter, Cadina, lent her name to the town of Cadinen (now Kadyny).
