Keshet, Golan Heights is an Israeli moshav/settlement in the Golan Heights.
In 1998, Sivan participated in the project Short Stories about Love through the Israeli Keshet network, where he wrote and directed the short film "Domino" which won short film of the year in the London Film Festival, as well as best documentary in the Athens Film Festival.

The Keshet was founded in 1996 by a group of leading intellectuals, thinkers and artists, among them Prof. Yehouda Shenhav, Dr. Ishak Saporta, Dr. Yossi Dahan, Dr. Vicki Shiran, Dr. Henriette Dahan Kalev, Dr. Dolly Benhabib, Ms. Shosh Gabay, Prof. Yossi Yona, Hana Azoulay HaSfari and many others.
