The winner of Central "B" playoffs earns the chance to compete for the Western Canadian Junior "B" Crown, the Keystone Cup.


Columbia Valley Rockies

The team won three straight KIJHL Championships in the late 1980s and in 1989 took home the Cyclone Taylor Cup and the Keystone Cup under the direction of Tom Renney, who is currently an assistant coach of the Detroit Red Wings of the NHL.

Nipigon Elks

They defeated the Wawa Travellers of the North of Superior Junior B Hockey League to win the Northern Ontario Regional Junior B Hockey Championship for the right to attend the 2003 Keystone Cup in St. Claude, Manitoba.
