The United Nations 1267 list was established by United Nations Security Council Resolution 1267, in 1999, but is regularly updated, with new individuals being added as needed, and with defectors, or individuals known to have died being removed.
Thus Ras Al-Zour will be connected to the bauxite mine near Zabirah, the phosphate deposits near Jalamid and the agricultural center at Al-Basyata as well as to the oil processing facilities via the Jubail line.
Main species of plants present at the sanctuary include Acacia catechu (Khair), Acacia sp (Hivar), Dalbergia latifolia (Sisoo), Ziziphus mauritiana (Bor), Carissa opasa, Alysicarpus bupleurifolius, Cyathocline purpurea, Eriocauion diane, Merremia marginata, Cucumis melo, Cyperus kyllingia, Striaga densiflora and Mereilea minuta.
Common plants in the sanctuary include Khair (Mimosa catechu Acacia catechu), Palash (Flame of the Forest Butea monosperma), Churel (Indian Elm Tree Holoptelia integrifolia), Ber (Indian Plum Ziziphus mauritiana) and Grassy patches on both sides of the river.
Later under Emperor Bahadur Shah, he held six thousand mansab and received a title of Khair Andesh Khan.
