He signed with the Charlotte Eagles of the USL Second Division in 2010, making his debut for the Eagles on April 24, 2010 in a game against the Richmond Kickers.

During his recuperation from his broken leg he accepted assistant coaching positions with Dave Richardson at Sockers FC and Bret Hall at the Bridges to the Pros Academy, and was in line to become the Chicago Sockers and Magic Alliance U23 head coach, but opted to sign with the Charlotte Eagles of the USL Second Division instead.
