Swiss author Conrad Ferdinand Meyer was born in Zürich (October 11, 1825) and died in Kilchberg (November 28, 1898).
One of the focuses are the products of Porzellanmanufaktur Schooren (1763–1790) in Kilchberg.
This villa, which was built in 1906 on the shore of Lake Zurich in Kilchberg, is now attended by children aged two to four.
