Joseph Vandor SDB, (born as: József Wech, known too as Vándor József, José Vandor, Wech József, Father Puchner) was a Hungarian Catholic Salesian priest, missionary and Venerable * 29 October 1909, Dorog (Komárom-Esztergom County, Austria-Hungary; today: Hungary) † 8 October 1979, Santa Clara (Cuba, America).

On the way to Komárom, they stop at an island, the "no man's island", which lies in the Danube between the Ottoman Empire and the Hungarian part of the Habsburg Empire, undiscovered and unclaimed by both.
Two railway lines were planned, extending from Vienna to the south and east: one to Wiener Neustadt and Gloggnitz, and one via Bruck an der Leitha to Győr (German: Raab), with an extension to Uj-Szöny (now a suburb of Komárom) and a branch line to Pozsony (now Bratislava).
