Greg Kurstin (born 1969), American songwriter and record producer
In high school, Kurstin focused on jazz piano, and after graduating he moved to New York to study with Jaki Byard, Charles Mingus' pianist, at the The New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music.
After parting from V2 Records in 2005, her band project, Candy Eyed (a collection of song demos done with Beck's musical director Greg Kurstin), was released by independent record label River Jones Music.
