The band set out on numerous tours in support of "Lafcadio" and while they admit they were "young and having fun," they were losing money daily.
Some of the songs were later re-recorded for the album Lafcadio
John Lafcadio, who modestly described himself as "probably the greatest painter since Rembrandt", has left a bizarre legacy – a collection of twelve sealed paintings, to be unveiled one at a time at an annual event commencing ten years after his death.
Lafcadio was baptized Patricio Lefcadio Hearn in the Greek Orthodox Church.
In Tales from the Darkside: The Movie, a 1990 American horror anthology film, it features the story, Lover's Vow, which is based on Lafcadio Hearn's Yuki Onna story.
