Lee E. Geyer

He was graduated from Baker University, Baldwin City, Kansas, in 1922 and afterwards did post-graduate work at the University of Wisconsin–Madison and the University of Southern California at Los Angeles.

He was an unsuccessful candidate for election in 1936 to the Seventy-fifth Congress.

Geyer was elected as a Democrat to the Seventy-sixth and Seventy-seventh Congresses and served from January 3, 1939, until his death.


Henry S. Geyer

He authored the Geyer Act of 1839 establishing public education in Missouri as well as the University of Missouri.

Lee E. Emerson

He graduated from Barton Academy in 1917, and served in the United States Army during World War I as a member of the Students' Army Training Corps.
