As editor and later publisher at Askild & Kärnekull, Lindfors, Bokförlaget Bra Böcker/Wiken and later with his own publishing house Replik he has introduced many current authors into Sweden, including several science fiction authors.

Karl Alf Staffan Lindfors (born 26 December 1968 in Kårböle, Sweden) is a Swedish musician, songwriter and producer, best known as bassist in the band Östen med Resten (since 1994) and Sofia Karlsson's band.
In addition to design, Lindfors has also made short films, TV programmes, commercials (including: Nokia, and DNA Oy) and pop videos (including HIM's ”Funeral of Hearts” - which received music magazine Kerrang!’s award for "Best Music Video 2004").

Lindfors first achieved public and critical attention with his lamp “Scaragoo”, first unveiled at the Milan Furniture Fair in 1988, and then manufactured by the company Ingo Maurer in Munich.
