In 2008 Hicks journeyed to Ibiza, Spain to produce And the Beat Goes On starring Jimi Mistry and directed by Steve Jaggi.

Hicks entered film production in 2004, producing the Balance of Power documentary Heathenology (in which he also featured), and the music videos "Chemical Imbalance" for Balance of Power, and "Sateen in Mind" for Tamrah Aeryn.
