During her career, she appeared with all the great stars of French cinema, including Jean Gabin, Michèle Morgan, Raimu, Jeanne Moreau, Danielle Darrieux, Micheline Presle, Paul Meurisse, Gérard Philipe, Louis Jouvet, Michel Simon, Simone Signoret, Fernandel, Jean-Louis Barrault.
He left Spain for Paris, with his wife Philomene ("Filo") Stes, he became involved in stage design; he carried out works such as Voleur d'Images, Sonatina for the Opéra-Comique in 1929, La guerre de Troie n'aura pas lieu for Louis Jouvet's Théâtre de l'Athénée (1935).
Quai des Orfèvres was also a comeback film for director-actor Louis Jouvet with whom Clouzot had become good friends before World War II.

Du Jeu studied at the Conservatoire d'Art Dramatique de Saint-Germain-en-Laye from 1992–96, and took the Jean Périmony course the following two years, for which she received the Louis Jouvet prize in 1997.
After her stage debut, Bogaert joined the company at the Théâtre du Vieux-Colombier and then worked with Louis Jouvet at the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées where she played the role of The Sphinx in Jean Cocteau's The Infernal Machine.
