The album Wonder No. 8 went gold and spawned five top ten singles: "Won't Take It Lying Down", "Never Let You Down", "Love of a Lifetime", "End of the Line" and "Finally Found".
Three singles were lifted from the original version with fouding member Heavenli Abdi ("Finally Found", "End of the Line" and "Love of a Lifetime") and two more from the re-released version with new member Mariama Goodman ("Never Let You Down" and "Won't Take It Lying Down").
In 1993, he recorded a #1 hit in "Love of a Lifetime", releasing an album of the same name later that year for VP Records.
