2 unusual facts about Lydia Loveless

Lydia Loveless

On her childhood, "I was kind of a little redneck growing up, living on a farm, and running around in the country. I developed hillbilly tendencies, but I wanted to listen to something a little more meaningful than "Redneck Woman" (Gretchen Wilson's 2004 country hit) or whatever."

In 2004, Loveless, her father, and her sisters made up part of a four-member new wave pop band called Carson Drew, named after the father in the well-known “Nancy Drew” books.
