Alex Puodziukas known by his stage name Al-P, is a Canadian musician, record producer and recording engineer, best known for being part of the electronic music duo MSTRKRFT along with Jesse F. Keeler.
The label was launched during the emergence of the French house scene and over the years has represented a broad range of electronic music with releases by artists such as Etienne de Crecy, Alex Gopher, Alan Braxe, Tiga, The Hacker, Felix Da Housecat, MSTRKRFT, Crystal Castles and Vitalic.
EMI Music Publishing administers the publishing rights of over 1.3 million songs; controlling the libraries of artists including Jay-Z, Beyonce, deadmau5, Timo Maas, Dragon (band), The Prodigy, Megadeth, The Black Eyed Peas, Bloc Party, My Chemical Romance, Avicii, Cannibal Corpse, The Crystal Method, Quarashi, Avenged Sevenfold, Slipknot, MSTRKRFT, and Sean Paul.
He was a recording and touring member of The Juan MacLean, and also played live and/or on the recordings of other outfits including Holy Ghost!, LCD Soundsystem, Massive Attack, Moby, Cloudland Canyon, and MSTRKRFT.
