Backers of ballot proposition Measure B, known as the County of Los Angeles Safer Sex in the Adult Film Industry Act (aka "Condoms in Porn"), have called for the "No on B" campaign to return a $220,000 contribution from Manwin.
However, it was later purchased buy the large adult internet company, Manwin, which is owned by Fabian Thylmann, a German national residing in Belgium.
