The East Indies Army ordered 13 C.Xs, but they were soon replaced in the scout/light bomber role by the American Martin B-10s.


Licensed production

The British Canberra aircraft design was licensed and developed further by the United States into the Martin B-57 Canberra.

Madden Dam

The dam and the reservoir behind it were both named for U.S. Congressman Martin B. Madden of Illinois, who was a chairman of the House appropriations committee during the period while the U.S. was constructing the Panama Canal.
