Francis A. Marzen (March 14, 1925 – July 19, 2004) was a priest of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Honolulu, former editor of the Hawaii Catholic Herald and an information specialist for the City & County of Honolulu in the administration of Mayor Frank Fasi.
On 25 October 1993 the Mayor of Honolulu, Frank Fasi, proclaimed the day as "Supreme Master Ching Hai Day" and awarded her Honorary Citizenship of Honolulu and an International Peace Commendation.
Caldwell served as the acting mayor of Honolulu, Hawaii's capital and largest city, during the tsunami evacuation in the absence of Mayor Mufi Hannemann following the 2010 Chile earthquake.
