Designed by Edward Blore, Merevale Hall was completed in 1840 and has been the home of the descendants of Sir William Dugdale since this time.
Sonangol Limited, a subsidiary of the Sonangol Group, has its head office in the Merevale House in Kensington.
Dugdale's descendants later bought land near Atherstone (the site of the former Merevale Abbey) where they built Merevale Hall.
