Jinsang Lee has performed concerts with renowned conductors, such as Vladimir Ashkenazy, Christopher Warren-Green, Peter Gülke, Heinz Holliger, Eivind Gullberg-Jensen, Michail Jurowski, Roman Kofman, Ola Rudner and Muhai Tang.
From 1992 to 1998 Jurowski was music director and principal conductor of the Nordwestdeutsche Philharmonie, Herford.
His son is the conductor Michail Jurowski, and his grandson (born 4 April 1972) the conductor Vladimir Jurowski, also named Vladimir Michailovich Jurowski.
