Perm Opera and Ballet Theatre

The theatre was inaugurated on 24 November 1870 with the premiere performance being Mikhail Glinka's A Life for the Tsar.

The performance, entitled Cantabile 2, made its debut at Aula Simfonia Concert Hall in Kebayoran, Jakarta, on 16 July and featured works by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, Ludwig van Beethoven, and Mikhail Glinka.

Andrei Sychra

In all Sychra published more than 1,000 pieces for the seven-string guitar, and left many in manuscript, including complete arrangements for two guitars of Glinka’s A Life for the Tsar and Ruslan and Lyudmila, with which he was assisted by the composer.
