In 1986, Harry Isaacs acquired Long Branch Estate near Millwood, Virginia.
The baggage car remained the station until 1910, when Henry Law built a new station for Briarcliff and the old Briarcliff Manor station was moved to Millwood.
The Rosebush House, located in the center of Millwood, "is one of Millwood's best preserved homes" and is listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.

Machel Millwood (born 28 June 1979 in Trelawny Parish) is a Jamaican soccer player who most recently played for Crystal Palace Baltimore in the USSF Second Division and the Syracuse Silver Knights of the Major Indoor Soccer League.
After his playing career ended, Woods worked as an assistant football coach at Millwood and at Star Spencer High School, and also as a high school football radio commentator and professional bass fisherman.
